ART THERAPY

This modality is the perfect fit for anyone - especially if you don’t see yourself as creatively inclined. We use art materials as a vehicle for our communication and understanding. The image or sculpture becomes the vessel and permits us to experience a different self as we make and often offers surprising insights. I don’t analyze your art with you - I’m more curious about your process and what feelings arose while you made it. The end product is less interesting.

TALK PSYCHOTHERAPY

Complete with a comfy couch to sit on, talk psychotherapy is a more cerebral experience of life review, digging into memories, unpacking and unfurling yourself for a deeper understanding and to make meaning of who you are. I don’t sit there silently; I work dynamically and conversationally - sometimes more direct or curious, other times permitting whatever to arise, arise.
